Project: VEGA 1/0483/21: „Distributed fault diagnosis of structurally non-distributed systems“ (2021-2023)

Project summary:
Project is focused on system fault detection in distributed architectures, consisting from local fault detectors
(agents) created on different kind of cooperative system sub-state observers and implementing consensus techniques in fault occurrence decision. Relevant part of the project is basic research,
driven in conditions development for fault isolation in a distributed scheme for systems with
heterogeneous non-distributed
interactions. The scientific
points and objectives of
the project are dedicated
to distributed schemes of detection nodes and information transmission between some of them, mixing procedures
of state reconstruction of the overall
system from local state estimates, distributed Kalman filtering,
interval observers design, positive
observer representation and
residual filter optimisation
in linear matrix inequality framework, and adaptive consensus design.
